I specialize in wedding photojournalism, senior portraits, local event photography, and promotional pictures for musical artists.
In 2006 I bought a Nikon D40. This marked the beginning of my career in photography. I currently shoot with Canon bodies and lenses.
In the past I was a staff photographer for Colorgraphics. This position taught me many responsibilities. The largest shoot I have participated in was an effort that saw 1500+ soccer players between 5 photographers in one day. Independently I have organized group photos of over 100 kids. In the 2 years that I held this position I traveled to more than 200 photo shoots in more than 10 states.
One of the first projects in my career was to photograph fireworks over a house on Conesus Lake. The exterior of the house was lit by 5000 watts of light during the annual "Ring of Fire" celebration. I would like to do a project like this again.
In the future I will design and build a custom outdoor set to use for portrait sessions.
In the fall semester of 2011 I enrolled in classes at Monroe Community College with plans to graduate in 2013 with a degree in Visual Communications, specializing in Photo and TV.
